We just delivered a Fundamentals Project Management Simulation workshop and an Advanced Project Management Simulation workshop for the construction team building the Medupi Power Station in the Northeastern part of South Africa. The training went so well we are going back again early in 2012. The contract was provided through our partner in South Africa, Éclat, as part of their highly successful project manager development program.
Jesse Freese conducted our Leading Successful Change Simulation workshop at the PMI North American Congress on October 25-26, 2011. There were people in the class from all over the country and the world. Change is impacting everyone.
We delivered our Fundamental Project Management Simulation workshop for Microsoft in Singapore in June. The students were Microsoft’s top engineers from Singapore, India, Japan, China, and Australia.
